Ed started running in June 2012 upon realizing how out of shape he was after playing in the yard with his two sons. He caught the ‘running bug’ quickly and has never looked back, running his first half marathon in May 2013 and first marathon in November 2013. Since then he has run many other races of varying distances (5K, 4M, 8K, 5M, 10K, 10M, 13.1M, and 26.2M) and even completed a few triathlons and Spartan races. Ed loves to challenge himself and is always looking for the next adventure. He is looking forward to pacing you and helping you achieve your running goals.
